Accompanied throughout by the factory's foreign trade team, technical lead, and production director, the Mongolian client visited the dedicated foreign trade production workshop, the international standard testing center, and the finished product storage area for exports, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end export cable management system, from raw material control and manufacturing to final product inspection.
At the foreign trade production workshop, the client focused on inspecting the manufacturing processes of key export products such as photovoltaic cables, power cables, and construction wiring, and highly praised the automated production equipment and standardized operating procedures designed for international trade. At the testing center, the client reviewed international certifications including the CE certificate, observed the comprehensive testing process for export cables, fully endorsed the export-grade quality control standards, and remarked that they did not expect a factory new to foreign trade operations to possess such a comprehensive international standard system.
In-depth coordination meetings received positive technical feedback
Following the visit, both parties held a specialized technical and business matchmaking session. Engineer Zhang from the Technology Department engaged in detailed discussions with the client, explaining the model specifications, performance parameters, and manufacturing processes of each cable category. Taking into account Mongolia's cold and windy climate conditions, the teams jointly determined specific specifications and customization requirements for cables capable of withstanding low temperatures and aging. The professional and thorough responses received high praise from the client.
Through in-depth discussions, both parties immediately reached an agreement on long-term cooperation and finalized the initial procurement orders.
